    It is a basic module of PROMAK FD system responsible for information management and maintaining a relationship with a customer.

     

    The module allows for a comprehensive service of an agreement concluded with a customer, beginning from registration of customer data, agreement and assets, through their updating, up to generating the signed documents.

    • An integral element of gathering knowledge about a customer is the record keeping of information allowing for his complete classification according to various criteria and profiles, including examination of compliance with MiFID regulations, and ensuring an optimal adjustment of suggested investment proposals to customer’s investment profile.
    • Embedded in functions mechanisms allow for an immediate selection of investment proposals which are best correlated with customer’s profiles.
    • All agreements concluded with a customer are available for insight in the form of documents.
  • Investment simulation

    Investment simulation function serves the presentation of an investment forecast to a customer on the basis of an individual customer profile, thus supporting the process of sales of a service to a new customer and stimulating the investment activity of an existing customer by way of expanding the scale of an investment or modification of currently existing one.

    Investment simulation process is realized in the form of interactive charts, where the input parameters are customer preferences and expectations expressed in the form of an expected rate of return, an investment period, the initial amount of investment, the amounts of deposits and withdrawals or the level of acceptable risk, presenting the forecast of results of best adjusted investment strategies together with an estimated investment value for various variants of result scenarios.

     

    Each change of the value of any input parameter gives rise to an adequate update of estimated values and the chart itself. In addition, the module offers a possibility of comparing the profitability of proposed investment strategy with benchmarks or alternative investment strategies in an indicated period and for the amounts of investments indicated by a customer as well as presenting share of particular asset categories in selected investment strategy.

    A distinctive trait is the presentation of condition, valuation and profitability of portfolio realized simultaneously in a graphic form, allowing for better imaging and dynamic decomposition of aggregated portfolio value to its particular components together with the indicators of an adjustment of customer portfolio to the implemented investment strategy or another freely chosen investment strategy or even a benchmark.
